Type B Application
Applicants must choose the unit type based on the number of person(s) living in the unit.
● Owing to the large number of Type B applications for 1-person and 2-person unit, subsequent applications will be automatically put at the end of existing waitlist.
* (One of the applicants (the applicant or his/her family members) must be non-temporarily indoor wheelchair-bound person. An accessible unit can accommodate one to two persons. Documentary proofs shall be submitted at the vetting interview. The monthly rent depends on the number of inhabitants. If there is no successful allocation to the wheelchair-bound person in the first round of tenant recruitment, the accessible unit will be rented out as 2-person unit. )
